Marshalls launches its first online store

The officials from Marshalls recently announced the launch of its first online store. It boasts of products from several premium brands such as Fendi, Gucci, and other designers. Not only that, these brands are offering exclusive and substantial discounts on these products.

Earlier, the website marshalls.com was just a store locator website. And now it is a store as well. All its competitors have their websites. However, Marshalls decided to make a foray into the world of online stores now only. The officials launched the store on Tuesday. Now it is open for business as well as to accept orders.

Mark DeOliveria is the executive Vice-president of TJX Digital’s United States section which owns Marshalls. While speaking to the media, he stated that the site comprises of unique assortments of specific values and brands that Marshalls has represented in the past. It offers the customers to shop through fun, curative, and incentive features. The company is excited that customers would be able to enjoy shopping differently.

The TJX Companies owns Marshalls initially, which is an off-price retailer. It is the parent company of other stores such as Sierra, TJ Maxx, HomeSense, HomeGoods among others. Of theses, Sierra and TJ Maxx have already made their online presence by launching their stores. Others are still offline.

Marshalls’ website consists of similar categories with 1100+ stores for kids, women, and men section. The items included are apparel, footwear, beauty, accessories, etc. In a statement, a company spokesperson stated that every store belonging to the company has a different mix. It will also be offering its mix. It will also add new brands and other products of high quality.

While the customers have a chance to return specific products and merchandise bought from the store, but, designer items under brands such as Fendi, Christian Louboutin can’t be returned.
