The notes, which ended up photographed at a speech in Wilmington, Delaware, feature Harris’ title followed by 5 chatting factors: “Do not keep grudges,” “Campaigned with me & Jill,” “Proficient,” “Excellent support to marketing campaign” and “Wonderful respect for her.”
The Biden campaign declined to comment to CNN on Tuesday night.
